1. RFQ or Upload CAD – Send STEP/STL with quantity, material, and needed date.
2. Review – We check geometry, recommend materials, and confirm tolerances.
3. Print & Finish – Parts are printed, post‑processed, and QC‑checked.
4. Ship Fast – Rush options available. Local pickup in Wyoming.

• What are your lead times? Standard delivery is 3–7 business days, Expedited Options available if needed 24–72 hours depending on geometry.
• What sizes can you 3D print? We can print up to 13.78” x 13.60” x 12.80” (350mm x 345mm x 325mm).
• What materials are most used for printing? PLA and PETG (1.755 mm filament). Additional engineering-grade materials available upon request.
• What tolerances can you hold? FDM ±0.007–0.012 in; SLA ±0.004–0.008 in; MJF/SLS ±0.006–0.010 in.
• Do you offer post-processing services? Yes – sanding, vapor smoothing, inserts, tapping, painting, and assembly are all available.
• How do you protect proprietary information? NDAs upon request. All files are stored on a secure server and restricted to the project team only.
