Our patented urethane drift design is made from high-quality 95A abrasion-resistant urethane, with a steel core and pull-through handle with or without eye lets.  They are designed to absorb impact and protect the valve by preventing any damage, scratching, or denting to critical surface areas.  Our Urethane Valve Drifts are lightweight, weighing much less than our competitor’s designs.  Due to the lighter weight, inspectors can use them with a vacuum-powered pull through, compressed air or rope pull through.  Industrial Screen’s proprietary blend of Urethane makes for a wear and corrosion resistant Valve Drift that will outlast even our Teflon Competitors at a third of the cost.

Industrial Screen’s Valve Drifts are available in Steel, Aluminum or Polyurethane to meet customer requirements and user preference. ISM Polyurethane Valve Drifts are preferred by most users due to the lightweight construction, durability and dent protection.  The polyurethane valve drifts are manufactured to outlast all other drifts on the market including steel, Teflon and plastic-coated drifts.  ISM has been manufacturing Pipe Drifts, Casing Drifts and Valve drifts for over 50 years. Maintaining a large stock inventory of most common tubing sizes 1-1/2” up to 20” Casing.  Stock drifts are machined to final OD after order and can ship within 24 hours for expedited services. Custom drift sizes can be ready to ship in a few business days.

Most equipment running procedures and tubular suppliers recommend the use of a Teflon or plastic-coated drift verse common steel varieties.  This helps prevent equipment damage to critical surface areas during the drifting process. Teflon drifts are most costly, plastic wears faster and is more susceptible to breakage, polyurethane however is an incredibly durable and cost-effective option.  

Valve drifts are made to meet API 6A and API 16A for valves, Christmas trees or any custom configuration.  Large in-stock variety of all common API Tubing Drifts, Pipe Drifts and Casing drifts made to API 5CT Specifications are available for immediate shipment.
