Polyurethane Billets

Polyurethane billets are prized for key traits such as durability, flexibility, strength, and insulative properties. Ease of machining and customization also makes them ideal for many applications. Industrial Screen and Maintenance fabricates a wide range of high-quality polyurethane products. As a polyurethane billets manufacturer in the USA, we supply clients in industries ranging from agriculture to sand and gravel.

Designed for the Long Haul

ISM has developed several proprietary urethane blends that outpace steel, rubber, and other plastic polymers. Our custom PU formulas resist damage from several kinds of hazards:

  • Abrasion: ISM billets withstand high amounts of friction for longer than traditional PU billets.
  • Corrosion: Our billets retain their shape, strength, and integrity when exposed to hazardous chemicals.
  • Dry heat: Our billets can handle temperatures of up to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Fuel, oil, and solvents: Able to withstand long-term exposure to these substances, our PU blends are ideal for oil and gas, automotive, marine, and construction applications.

Our proprietary polyurethane billets resist degradation better than standard PU products. Meanwhile, you can also order billets and stock with specific hardness properties. We offer our products in several shore hardness varieties:

  • Shore Hardness 00: Ranging from 10 to 70 on this hardness scale, these varieties are ideal for applications where extreme softness is key.
  • Shore Hardness A: We recommend these for applications requiring flexibility in a semi-rigid form, offering them in versions from 10 to 95.
  • Shore Hardness D: Best for semi-rigid and hard items, our shore hardness D products range from types 40 to 80.

High quality, versatility, variety, and performance define our selection of PU billets. It's no surprise, then, why ISM is a respected poly billets supplier in the USA.
